3.2 - Game Configuration

This sub-section defines the game configuration settings for RSF1 events.

RSF1 has a set of strict lobby settings that apply to all divisions and events within the league. By participating in the league, you therefore accept these settings to be applied whilst you are driving. These settings will be applied by the lobby host prior to the start of any sessions. These settings are subject to change:

3.2.1 - Assists:

  • Pit Assist – OFF

  • Braking Assist - OFF

  • Pit Release Assist - OFF

  • DRS Assist - OFF

  • ERS Assist - OFF

  • Fuel Assist - OFF

  • Steering Assist - OFF

Assist settings that are not listed above can be used either at the player's discretion or not- player's can choose any option.

3.2.2 - Race Settings:

  • Ghosting - OFF (Except for at street circuits)

  • Safety Car - REDUCED

  • Red Flags - STANDARD

  • Parc Fermé - ON

  • Corner Cutting - STRICT

  • Weather - DYNAMIC*

  • Damage - REDUCED

  • Damage Rate - STANDARD

  • Time - OFFICIAL**

  • Tyre Wear - SURFACE & CARCASS (SIMULATION)

  • Qualifying - FULL***

  • Race Length - 50%****

  • AI Difficulty:

    • Division 1 - 90

    • Division 2 - 85

    • Division 3 - 80

    • Division 4 - 75

* If a lobby reset occurs, the new session's weather must be set to "custom" and modified to reflect that of the original session.

** In some cases, a vote may be conducted in the discord server concerning a particular event's time setting. This will allow players to decide whether their race will be conducted in daytime or night-time conditions.

*** If the lobby attendance does not exceed 15 players, the qualifying length will be set to "Short Qualifying".

**** In some cases, the race length may be altered. This could be due to time constraints, or special 100% race events.
