3.9 - Sprint Races

This sub-section outlines the rules for Sprint Races in RSF1.

3.9.1

Sprint Races are to be held across the season. The starting grid will be defined by a short qualifying session on the same track.

3.9.2

The results of the Sprint Races will hand out points to the top 8 and none for the rest of the drivers.

3.9.3

Points are rewarded for the Top 8 finishers for a race. The points awarded are as follows:

8th	1 Point

3.9.4

No point(s) will be awarded for fastest lap in a Sprint Race.

3.9.5

Sprint Races will be stewarded in the same manner as normal races, with the same lobby rules.

3.9.6

All penalties accumulated in Sprint Races will be applied to the Sprint Race standings.
